We propose a full programme of Events for 2010:

The AGM of BILA will take place at Withers’ offices, 16 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7EG on Monday, 8 February 2010. All members are welcome to attend, however please inform the Hon. Secretary if you intend to do so.

Thursday 11 February - A Wine Tasting at Vinoteca, 7 St John Street, London EC1M 4AA – at a cost £30 per person, including wine and food platter.

Thursday 15 April - Talk on Privacy by Robert Deacon of 11 Stone Buildings at Seddons Solicitors, 5 Portman Square, London W1H 6NT. Cost – £15 per person.

Dinner/Debate at the Oxford & Cambridge Club. Possible dates: 31 March or 14 or 15 April – cost will be £65 per person.

Thursday 29 April – A Cookery Class with Valentina Harris at the Caldesi School premises, £75 each for 15 people – full vegetarian menu of pasta and dessert, including wine and water.

Rome Conference – on a date in May. Further details to follow.

Thursday, 10 June – A Presentation on “Little Italy” at Withers LLP, 16 Old Bailey, London EC4. The speaker will be Tudor Allen and the cost £15 per person.

Thursday, 15 July, another of Fabio Vitiello’s Pizza Evenings at a central London restaurant. Details to follow.

Thursday, 21 October – Dinner/Debate at the Oxford & Cambridge Club – cost of £65 per person. The speaker will be Lord Justice Rix and he will choose the subject.
